We work hard to make HearFlow useful, accurate, and reliable.
That said, the law requires we be clear about the limits of
what we promise.
HearFlow is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HearFlow disclaims
all warranties, express or implied — including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy,
and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, HearFlow's total liability arising
from or related to these Terms or your use of HearFlow will
not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid HearFlow
in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one
hundred U.S. dollars ($100). HearFlow will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or
punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations. Where that
is the case, the above limits apply to the maximum extent
permitted by your local law.
